Sometimes, all you want are brussels sprouts. :-p

While I fixed dinner (last week, clearly, since I should currently be in Vegas!!!), I snacked on some grapes.

I cheated at sauteing the brussels… I microwaved them from frozen for about a minute, halved them, and then tossed them all in a pan with some soy sauce.

Served up with a fried egg and tomato paste on delicious grain bread. That ended up being the best part. The soy sauce in the brussels was a little much. But give me an egg sandwich any day, and dinner is perfect.
