I forgot about my red quinoa for a long time.  I brought it back tonight.  Also, cooked it in the microwave in less than 10 minutes.  Not as delicious as on the stove like I should have done, but I forgot what time my parents were eating, and tried my hardest to sit down with them.  It worked well enough for me!

I swiped some asparagus and mushrooms from the table, and assembled this with everything I was interested in.

Red quinoa topped with red sauce, a serving of three-grain tempeh, soy mozzarella cheese, and nutritional yeast (mixed with equal parts water and heated up).  Pretty tasty.  I’m sure there was also oregano and garlic salt.
