* pizza (possibly; work lunch)

* pb2 & jam, avocado, wheat bread
* cauliflower

* pot of tea during the… GREY’S ANATOMY PREMIER !!!

Friday

* greek yogurt, honey, apple
* coffee with dark chocolate syrup

* soy sausage, spreadable swiss cheese, avocado, wheat bread
* lima beans, olive oil

* muffin top

* pasta, veggies, tempeh, & red sauce
